JajaBet reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

02. Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on jajabet, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- All information provided in the registration form must be truthful and accurate.
- Only one account may be opened per person.
- You are joining this platform voluntarily and with full awareness.
- Online betting must be legal in the country from which you are registering.
During registration, you will need to provide an active phone number and email address. For larger withdrawals, you may subsequently be required to submit a national ID or other KYC documents.
03. Account Management
Password & Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. JajaBet will never ask for your password by phone or email. If anyone requests your password, it is a scam — please notify our support team immediately.
Account Verification (KYC)
Jajabet may request identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in temporary account restrictions.
Note: Sharing your account or placing bets on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no additional charges on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.
05. Withdrawal Policy
Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure your KYC verification is complete. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
- Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
- Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
- Withdrawals can only be sent to an account registered in your own name.
- Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. It converts to real balance only after the full wagering requirement has been completed.
06. Bonuses & Promotions
JajaBet regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions. The general rules are as follows:
- The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only.
- Withdrawals cannot be processed until the wagering requirements for your bonus have been met.
- Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension.
- Bonus offers are valid for a limited time. Any bonus that is not used before the expiry date will be forfeited.
- JajaBet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
Example: To withdraw a 100% welcome bonus, you will generally need to wager the combined bonus and deposit amount 10 times. Check the individual terms for each bonus.
07. Betting Rules
All bets placed on JajaBet are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled. Please verify all details before confirming your bet.
Bet Cancellation Scenarios
JajaBet may void or revise bets under the following circumstances:
- If a match is cancelled or suspended before its scheduled completion.
- When incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
- If insufficient play has taken place to determine a definitive result.
- In the event a team is disqualified.
Live Betting
Odds in live betting change continuously. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. jajabet is not responsible for odds changes caused by internet delays.
08. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on JajaBet:
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Registering with false information.
- Bonus abuse or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Bets linked to match-fixing or manipulation.
- Activities intended to exploit arbitrage betting or system loopholes.
- Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in hacking.
Any of the above actions will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance. Legal action may be taken where necessary.
09. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability
The JajaBet platform is provided on an "as is" basis. JajaBet is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party errors.
Any money lost through betting is the user's own responsibility. JajaBet is not obligated to compensate for any such losses.
11. Responsible Gaming
